At  KVEER FOODS, we are dedicated to providing you with delicious and healthy millet-based snacks. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and returns should you encounter any issues with your purchase.

Product Returns & Refund Eligibility 

a. Returns: We offer returns and refunds only in cases of damaged packaging for products purchased via our website (www.khaofull.com). The return request must be submitted within 8 days of the purchase date. We do not offer any exchange and replacement of the product.

b. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
  • Products must remain unopened, sealed, and within their stated shelf life.
  • Refund requests will not be accepted for products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly.

Refund Process

 a. Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@khaofull.com. Please include the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • The order number and date of purchase.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Any relevant supporting documentation, including photographs. 

b. Review and Approval: We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours. We will review your request and notify you of its approval or rejection. We may request further information if necessary. For perishable goods, an inspection may be conducted to verify your claim.

c. Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited in your account. Delivery charges are refundable if the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom Orders: Customised or personalised orders are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors in the customisation process.

Promotional Offers: Products purchased during promotional offers, including but not limited to discounts, bundled deals, and flash sales, are non-refundable.

Perishable Goods: Perishable food items that are not damaged or spoiled upon arrival are non-refundable. 

Shipping Costs

a. Return Shipping: If you're returning a product for reasons other than defects or our errors, you may need to cover the return shipping costs. For perishable snacks, we may arrange a pickup at our discretion.

b. Proof of Damage: If the return is due to shipping damage, photographic evidence is required before return shipping costs are covered.

Cancellation of Orders 

a. Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before on the day of shipment. Once shipped, our standard refund policy applies.

b. Custom/Bulk Orders: Cancellation of custom or bulk orders may incur a cancellation fee.
