SECTION 1 - SHIPPING CHARGES
Please note the following regarding shipping charges for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Shipping charges on all products will be applicable and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the final product value after all promotions and coupon discounts have been applied.
- Shipping charges include all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international shipping, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of order placement.

Please note that delivery times may vary during sales, festive seasons, or national holidays.
SECTION 3 - ORDER STATUS & ORDER TRACKING

SECTION 4 - PACKAGE ARRIVAL
If your package appears to be tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and immediately report the issue to our support team at info@khaofull.com. Please provide photographs or an unboxing video of the damaged package. We will review the situation and take appropriate action.
